摘要
目的研究膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用综合康复治疗的效果.方法选取2020年12月—2021年10月本院住院部收治的120例膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用综合康复治疗,对两组的临床效果进行客观评价.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的Lysholm评分高于对照组,疼痛视觉模拟评分及各项骨关节炎指数评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用综合康复治疗的效果显著,能有效减轻疼痛,改善患者膝关节功能,具有极高的临床应用价值.
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the inpatient department of the hospital from December 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on this basis.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated objectively.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Lysholm score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the visual analogue score of pain and the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for patients with knee osteoarthritis has significant effect,which can effectively relieve pain and improve the function of knee joint,and has high clinical application value.
