摘要
目的分析睑板和上睑提肌联合切除术治疗重度上睑下垂的效果.方法选取2019年6月—2021年6月该院诊治的82例(82眼)重度上睑下垂患者,按照随机数字表法分成两组,各41例.对照组予以额肌悬吊术,观察组施行睑板和上睑提肌联合切除术,匀观察到术后3个月.对比两组矫正效果、并发症、手术满意度.结果观察组矫正总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组并发症发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组手术满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论睑板和上睑提肌联合切除术治疗重度上睑下垂矫正效果确切,且不会增加并发症的发生,患者手术满意度较高,值得临床应用.
Objective To analyze the effect of combined resection of tarsal plate and levator muscle of upper eyelid in the treatment of severe blepharoptosis.Methods 82 patients(82 eyes)with severe blepharoptosis diagnosed and treated in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with frontalis muscle suspension,and the observation group was treated with combined resection of tarsal plate and levator muscle of upper eyelid.Both groups were observed 3 months after surgery.The correction effect,complications and surgical satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of correction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The surgical satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined resection of tarsal plate and levator muscle of upper eyelid is effective in the correction of severe blepharoptosis without increasing the occurrence of complications,and has high surgical satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
