摘要
目的探讨切开复位内固定与石膏外固定对桡骨远端骨折愈合及关节功能恢复的影响.方法选择本院2019年1月—2021年12月收治的桡骨远端骨折患者82例,以随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=41)采用石膏外固定治疗,观察组(n=41)采用切开复位内固定治疗,比较两组治疗前后的影像学指标,调查治疗后的关节功能优良率,检测治疗前后的骨钙素(BGP)、碱性磷酸酶(BALP)并比较骨折愈合时间.结果观察组治疗后的尺偏角为(21.04±1.71)°,掌倾角为(11.24±1.46)°,桡骨高度为(11.25±1.03)mm,均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的关节功能优良率为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的骨折愈合时间为(9.61±1.05)周,短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的BGP、BALP分别为(3.97±0.32)ug/L、(141.71±12.56)U/L,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论桡骨远端骨折患者采用切开复位内固定治疗可促进骨折愈合,患者关节功能恢复较好,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effects of open reduction internal fixation and plaster external fixation on the healing and functional recovery of distal radius fractures.Methods A total of 82 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=41)was treated by plaster external fixation,the observation group(n=41)was treated by open reduction internal fixation.The imaging indicators of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,the excellent and good rate of joint function after treatment was investigated,the bone glaprotein(BGP)and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)before and after treatment were detected,and the fracture healing time was compared.Results After treatment,the ulnar angle,palmar angle and radius height of the observation group were(21.04±1.71)°,(11.24±1.46)°and(11.25±1.03)mm,respectively,higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of joint function in the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 80.49%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was(9.61±1.05)weeks,shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BGP and BALP of the observation group after treatment were(3.97±0.32)μg/L and(141.71±12.56)U/L,respectively,and there was no statistical significance compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Open reduction internal fixation in patients with distal radius fracture can promote fracture healing and improve joint function recovery,which is worthy of clinical application.
