摘要
目的探讨综合认知训练(治疗室任务联合日常生活任务训练)对脑损伤后康复效果的影响.方法选取本院2021年1月—2022年1月收治的90例脑卒中、脑外伤患者为研究对象,根据数字表法随机分为A、B、C三组,每组30例,各组均接受常规康复治疗,在此基础上,A组进行治疗室任务训练联合日常生活任务训练,B组进行治疗室任务训练,C组仅接受认知康复指导.比较三组治疗前后的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分及Barthel指数(BI)评分.结果治疗前,三组的MoCA、FMA、BI评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,A组的MoCA、FMA、BI评分均高于B组、C组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合认知训练(治疗室任务联合日常生活任务)可有效改善脑损伤患者的认知功能,进而提高其整体康复疗效,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive cognitive training(treatment room task combined with daily life task training)on rehabilitation after brain injury.Methods 90 patients with stroke and brain injury admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the number table method,they were randomly divided into three groups:Group A,Group B and Group C,with 30 patients in each group.Each group received routine rehabilitation treatment.On this basis,Group A received treatment room task training combined with daily living task training,Group B received treatment room task training,and Group C only received cognitive rehabilitation guidance.The scores of Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)and Barthel index(BI)were compared among the three groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in MoCA,FMA and BI scores among the three groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the MoCA,FMA and BI scores of Group A were higher than those of Group B and Group C,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive cognitive training(treatment room task combined with daily living task)can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with brain injury,and then improve the overall rehabilitation effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
