Effect of Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Chiropractic Method on the Clinical Symptoms Recovery of Children with Food Injury Vomiting

摘要目的探讨中药穴位贴敷联合捏脊法在伤食型呕吐患儿中的应用价值.方法选择2020年6月-2022年3月该院收治的72例伤食型呕吐患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组36例.对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用中药穴位贴敷联合捏脊法治疗,两组均连续治疗3 d.对比两组临床疗效、临床症状恢复情况、血清胃泌素(GAS)水平以及不良反应.结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率及血清GAS水平均高于对照组,不思乳食、脘腹胀满、嗳吐酸腐评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论中药穴位贴敷联合捏脊法能够有效促进伤食型呕吐患儿临床症状恢复,调节血清GAS水平,且安全性高. Objective To explore the application value of acupoint application of traditional chinese medicine combined with chiropractic method in children with food injury vomiting.Methods 72 children with food injury vomiting who were admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received acupoint application of traditional chinese medicine combined with chiropractic method treatment.Both groups received continuous treatment for 3 d.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom recovery,serum gastrin(GAS)levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and serum GAS level of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of not thinking about breast milk or food,stomach and abdomen fullness,and belching and vomiting of sour and putrid foods were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional chinese medicine combined with chiropractic method can effectively promote the recovery of clinical symptoms in children with food injury vomiting,regulate their serum GAS level,and has high safety.
