摘要
目的分析补中益气汤加减治疗功能性便秘(FC)患者的临床效果.方法选取2019年6月—2022年3月该院诊治的120例FC患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各60例.对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用补中益气汤加减治疗,连续治疗4周.对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃肠功能、不良反应.结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组排便困难、肛门下坠感、少腹胀痛积分与胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)水平相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组排便困难、肛门下坠感、少腹胀痛积分、GAS水平均低于对照组,MTL水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应.结论补中益气汤加减治疗FC的疗效确切,可减轻患者临床症状,改善其胃肠功能,且无严重不良反应,值得临床大力推行.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of patients with functional constipation(FC).Methods A total of 120 FC patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,gastrointestinal function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of defecation difficulty,anus falling,less abdominal distension and pain scores,motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower defecation difficulty,anus falling feeling,less abdominal distention and pain score,and GAS level than the control group,and the MTL level was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has definite curative effect in the treatment of FC,can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their gastrointestinal function,and has no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of vigorous clinical promotion.
