摘要
目的探讨循序渐进式康复训练在老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)术后患者中的应用效果.方法选择2020年1月—2021年10月该院收治的78例老年OVCF术后患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各39例.对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组采用循序渐进式康复训练,均持续训练12周.对比两组疼痛程度、腰椎功能及康复效果.结果观察组训练后疼痛视觉模拟评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表评分均低于对照组,伤椎前缘高度、前缘高度/后缘高度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论循序渐进式康复训练在老年OVCF术后患者中具有较好的应用效果,有利于减轻疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能.
Objective To investigate the application effect of step-by-step rehabilitation training in elderly patients after osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)surgery.Methods 78 elderly patients after OVCF surgery who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received step-by-step rehabilitation training.Both groups continued to train for 12 weeks.The degree of pain,lumbar spine function and rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.Results The pain visual analogue scale score and Oswestry dability index score of the observation group after training were lower than those of the control group,the anterior height and anterior height/posterior height of the injured vertebra were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Step-By-Step rehabilitation training has a good application effect in elderly patients after OVCF surgery,which is conducive to reducing the degree of pain and improving lumbar spine function.
