摘要
目的探讨阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道炎患者的效果.方法选取2020年4月—2022年4月该院收治的76例细菌性阴道炎患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各38例.对照组采用甲硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,连续治疗10 d.对比两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、化验结果、不良反应.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组线索细胞、胺实验阳性率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道炎患者的效果显著,可有效降低炎症因子水平,加快恢复阴道菌群平衡,安全性高,值得临床大力推行.
Objective To investigate the effect of vaginal Lactobacillus viable bacteria capsules combined with metronidazole in the treatment of patients with bacterial vaginosis.Methods A total of 76 patients with bacterial vaginosis who were admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,and the observation group was additionally treated with vaginal Lactobacillus viable bacteria capsules on the basis of the control group for 10 days.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,laboratory results and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than 78.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive rates of clue cells and amine tests in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vaginal Lactobacillus viable bacteria capsules combined with metronidazole has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with bacterial vaginosis,can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,accelerate the restoration of vaginal flora balance,and has high safety,which is worthy of vigorous clinical promotion.
