摘要
目的探讨营养支持疗法联合肺康复运动训练在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用价值.方法选择2020年2月—2021年11月该院收治的82例COPD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=41)采用肺康复运动训练,观察组(n=41)采用营养支持疗法联合肺康复运动训练.对比两组肺功能、运动耐力、呼吸状况、营养状况.结果治疗6个月后,观察组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积均大于对照组,最大呼气中段流量快于对照组,6 min步行试验距离长于对照组,圣·乔治呼吸问卷评分低于对照组,血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论营养支持疗法联合肺康复运动训练能够改善COPD患者的营养状况及呼吸状况,提高运动耐力,促进肺功能恢复,临床应用价值较高.
Objective To explore the application value of nutritional support therapy combined with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise training in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 82 patients with COPD from February 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table.The control group(n=41)received pulmonary rehabilitation exercise training,and the observation group(n=41)received nutritional support therapy combined with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise training.The pulmonary function,exercise endurance,respiratory status and nutritional status of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of treatment,the forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in one second of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,maximal mid-expiratory flow curve was faster than that of the control group,and the 6-min walk test distance was longer than that of the control group,St George's respiratory questionnaire score was lower than that in the control group,the levels of albumin,prealbumin and hemoglobin in serum were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support therapy combined with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise training can improve the nutritional status and respiratory status of COPD patients,improve exercise tolerance,and promote the recovery of pulmonary function.It is of high clinical application value.
