摘要
目的分析中药熏洗联合刺络拔罐在膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者中的应用效果.方法选取本院2021年5月—2022年5月收治的80例KOA患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组.对照组40例采用常规西药干预,观察组40例在对照组基础上采用中药熏洗与刺络拔罐干预.比较两组患者的干预效果、关节活动度及炎性因子水平.结果观察组的干预总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的关节活动度评分为(94.63±3.16)分,低于对照组的(86.47±3.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1水平分别为(51.63±3.16)pg/mL、(90.96±2.69)ng/L,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论KOA患者采用中药熏洗联合刺络拔罐干预的效果良好,可有效改善关节活动度,降低炎性因子水平,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with blood letting puncture and cupping on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 80 KOA patients admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group of 40 cases received conventional western medicine intervention,and the observation group of 40 cases received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with blood letting puncture and cupping on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect,range of motion and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,which was higher than 82.5%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the joint motion score of the observation group was(94.63±3.16)points,which was lower than(86.47±3.65)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-1 in the observation group were(51.63±3.16)pg/mL and(90.96±2.69)ng/L,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with blood letting puncture and cupping in KOA patients has a good effect,which can effectively improve the range of motion of the joint and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
