摘要
目的探讨神经肌肉电刺激(NMES)联合平衡强化训练对髋关节置换术患者平衡功能、髋关节功能、日常生活能力的影响.方法选择2020年2月—2022年5月我院收治的64例髋关节置换术患者,以随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=32)实施常规康复训练,观察组(n=32)实施NMES联合平衡强化训练,持续干预2个月.比较两组Berg平衡量表(BBS)、改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)、Harris髋关节功能评分量表(HHS)评分.结果干预前,两组BBS、MBI、HHS评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组BBS评分(43.41±2.21)分、MBI评分(91.45±2.23)分、HHS中疼痛评分(38.39±2.15)分、功能评分(39.26±2.33)分、关节活动度评分(3.15±0.32)分、畸形评分(3.25±0.37)分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对髋关节置换术患者应用NMES与平衡强化训练,利于提高患者的平衡功能,改善髋关节功能,提升日常生活能力.
Objective To investigate the effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES)combined with balance strengthening training on balance function,hip joint function and daily living ability of patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods 64 elderly patients with hip replacement from February 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=32)received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group(n=32)received NMES combined balance strengthening training,which lasted for 2 months.The scores of Berg balance scale(BBS),modified Barthel index(MBI)and Harris hip score(HHS)were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in BBS,MBI and HHS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the BBS score(43.41±2.21)points,MBI score(91.45±2.23)points,pain score(38.39±2.15)points,function score(39.26±2.33)points,joint range of motion score(3.15±0.32)points and deformity score(3.25±0.37)points in HHS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of NMES and balance strengthening training in patients with hip replacement can improve their balance function,hip joint function and daily living ability.
