摘要
目的探讨穴位贴敷联合八段锦治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床效果.方法选取2021年1月—2022年8月我院收治的94例COPD稳定期患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为两组,每组47例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用穴位贴敷联合八段锦治疗.比较两组患者的肺功能、运动耐力、症状评分及生命质量.结果治疗后,观察组的用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积分别为(3.59±0.57)L、(2.65±0.43)L,均大于对照组的(3.10±0.43)L、(2.09±0.51)L,1秒率为(66.70±5.29)%,高于对照组的(59.27±6.35)%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的6 min步行距离为(422.45±51.72)m,长于对照组的(369.04±48.53)m,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的COPD评估测试量表评分及圣乔治呼吸问卷中疾病影响、活动能力、呼吸症状评分分别为(11.84±2.73)分、(6.41±1.42)分、(12.53±2.65)分、(9.24±1.75)分,均低于对照组的(15.64±2.80)分、(8.17±1.59)分、(16.84±2.66)分、(11.99±1.67)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用穴位贴敷联合八段锦治疗COPD稳定期患者的疗效理想,可改善其运动耐力、肺功能及生命质量,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 94 patients with stable COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 47 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with Baduanjin on this basis.The pulmonary function,exercise tolerance,symptom scores and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume of the first second in the observation group were(3.59±0.57)L and(2.65±0.43)L,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(3.10±0.43)L and(2.09±0.51)L,and the rate of the first second was(66.70±5.29)%,which was higher than that of the control group(59.27±6.35)%.and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6-min walking distance of the observation group was(422.45±51.72)m,which was longer than(369.04±48.53)m of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the COPD assessment test score and the scores of disease impact,mobility and respiratory symptoms on the St.George respiratory questionnaire in the observation group were(11.84±2.73)points,(6.41±1.42)points,(12.53±2.65)points and(9.24±1.75)points,respectively,which were lower than(15.64±2.80)points,(8.17±1.59)points,(16.84±2.66)points and(11.99±1.67)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupoint application combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of stable COPD patients is ideal,can improve their exercise endurance,pulmonary function and quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
