摘要
目的探讨中频电刺激联合颈肌强度训练对颈椎病患者颈椎前凸角及颈椎功能的影响.方法选择2021年1—12月本院收治的80例颈椎病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例.对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组采用中频电刺激联合颈肌强度训练,均持续干预1个月.对比两组患者的颈椎前凸角、颈椎功能、疼痛程度及颈椎活动度.结果观察组干预后的颈椎前凸角为(20.24±1.78)°,大于对照组的(18.88±1.91)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组干预后的颈椎功能障碍指数量表评分为(12.99±3.53)分,疼痛视觉模拟评分为(1.93±0.51)分,均低于对照组的(17.64±4.14)分、(2.64±0.57)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组干预后的颈椎右旋、左旋、前屈及后伸活动度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中频电刺激联合颈肌强度训练能有效减轻颈椎病患者的颈部疼痛,增加颈椎前凸角,改善颈椎功能,提高颈椎活动度.
Objective To investigate the effect of medium frequency electrical stimulation combined with cervical muscle intensity training on cervical lordosis and cervical function in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received medium frequency electrical stimulation combined with cervical muscle intensity training.Both groups continued intervention for 1 month.The cervical lordosis angle,cervical function,pain degree and cervical motion were compared between the two groups.Results The cervical lordosis angle in the observation group was(20.24±1.78)°,which was greater than(18.88±1.91)°in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of neck disability index in the observation group was(12.99±3.53)points,and the score of pain visual simulation scale was(1.93±0.51)points,both lower than(17.64±4.14)points and(2.64±0.57)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the degrees of dextral rotation,levo rotation,anterior flexion and posterior extension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medium frequency electrical stimulation combined with cervical muscle intensity training can effectively reduce neck pain,increase cervical lordosis angle,improve cervical function and cervical motion in patients with cervical spondylosis.
