摘要
目的分析微波理疗联合系统化康复训练在妇科肿瘤放疗后下肢水肿患者中的应用效果.方法选取2016年1月—2021年12月本院收治的113例妇科肿瘤放疗后下肢水肿患者,根据随机数字表法分成两组,对照组56例,观察组57例.对照组进行系统化康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用微波理疗,均连续治疗1个月.对比两组下肢水肿情况、疼痛程度及生活质量.结果治疗1个月后,观察组患肢大腿周径(46.31±2.69)cm、小腿周径(26.71±1.84)cm均短于对照组的(50.46±3.13)cm、(30.49±2.09)cm,疼痛视觉模拟评分(1.20±0.19)分低于对照组的(1.89±0.34)分,生活质量综合评定问卷中心理功能评分(75.25±3.72)分、躯体功能评分(77.84±3.86)分、社会功能评分(79.94±3.87)分、物质生活状态评分(78.69±3.95)分均高于对照组的(64.79±3.18)分、(69.97±3.07)分、(71.37±3.20)分、(69.52±3.67)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论微波理疗联合系统化康复训练在妇科肿瘤放疗后下肢水肿患者治疗中效果显著,能明显减轻其下肢水肿,缓解疼痛,改善生活质量,存在较高的应用价值,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To analyze the effect of microwave physiotherapy combined with systematic rehabilitation training in lower limb edema patients after radiotherapy for gynecological tumors.Methods 113 patients with lower limb edema after radiotherapy for gynecological tumors admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.There were 56 cases in the control group and 57 cases in the observation group.The control group received systematic rehabilitation training,and the observation group received microwave physiotherapy on the basis of the control group,both lasted for 1 month.The lower limb edema,pain degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the thigh circumference of the affected limb(46.31±2.69)cm,calf circumference(26.71±1.84)cm in the observation group were shorter than(50.46±3.13)cm,(30.49±2.09)cm in the control group,the pain visual analogue scale score(1.20±0.19)points was lower than(1.89±0.34)points in the control group,and the psychological function score(75.25±3.72)points,physical function score(77.84±3.86)points,social function score(79.94±3.87)points,material life status score(78.69±3.95)points in generic quality of life inventory-74 were higher than(64.79±3.18)points,(69.97±3.07)points,(71.37±3.20)points and(69.52±3.67)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave physiotherapy combined with systematic rehabilitation training has a significant effect in the treatment of lower limb edema patients after radiotherapy for gynecological tumors,which can significantly reduce their lower limb edema,relieve pain,and improve the quality of life.It has a high application value,and is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
