摘要
目的探讨手部精细动作训练对轻中度智力障碍患儿康复效果的影响.方法选择2020年7月—2022年7月我院收治的轻中度智力障碍患儿60例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30).对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上进行手部精细动作训练.对比两组智力水平、运动协调能力、认知功能、日常生活能力.结果干预前,两组智力水平、运动协调能力、认知功能、日常生活能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组言语智商、操作智商、总智商、发育商分别为(68.13±5.78)、(64.23±5.59)、(81.03±5.35)、(63.70±6.40),均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组汉化版发育性协调障碍问卷评分为(60.10±4.93)分、简易智力状态量表评分为(19.13±1.96)分、日常生活能力量表评分为(62.90±4.29)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论轻中度智力障碍患儿进行手部精细动作训练能明显改善其智力发育水平、运动协调能力及认知功能,提高患儿对日常生活内容的完成度.
Objective To explore the effect of hand fine motor training on the rehabilitation of children with mild to moderate mental retardation.Methods 60 children with mild to moderate mental retardation admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected and were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30)using a random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received hand fine motor training on the basis of the control group.The intelligence level,motor coordination ability,cognitive function,and daily life ability were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in intelligence level,motor coordination ability,cognitive function,and daily life ability between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the verbal intelligence quotient,performance intelligence quotient,full intelligence quotient,and developmental quotient of the observation group were(68.13±5.78),(64.23±5.59),(81.03±5.35),and(63.70±6.40),respectively,higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);after the intervention,the observation group had a score of(60.10±4.93)points on the Chinese version of the developmental coordination disorder questionnaire,a score of(19.13±1.96)points on the mini-mental state examination,and a score of(62.90±4.29)points on the ability of daily living scale,all of which were higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Hand fine motor training for children with mild to moderate mental retardation can significantly improve their intellectual development level,motor coordination ability,cognitive function,and improve their completion of daily life content.
