摘要
目的探讨呼吸功能锻炼联合噻托溴铵在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年2月—2022年2月我院收治的80例稳定期COPD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例.对照组采用噻托溴铵治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行呼吸功能锻炼,均持续治疗12周.对比两组肺功能、症状缓解时间.结果治疗前,两组各项肺功能比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(2.14±0.27)L、用力肺活量(3.49±0.51)L均大于对照组的(1.68±0.25)L、(2.36±0.28)L,1秒率(66.53±2.13)%高于对照组的(58.46±2.06)%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组喘息缓解时间(3.23±0.67)d、咳痰缓解时间(4.26±0.58)d、咳嗽缓解时间(4.31±0.74)d、肺部哮鸣音缓解时间(7.45±0.51)d均短于对照组的(5.76±1.11)d、(6.25±1.13)d、(6.48±1.09)d、(9.27±1.23)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论呼吸功能锻炼联合噻托溴铵治疗COPD稳定期患者的效果显著,能够加快症状缓解,有利于肺康复.
Objective To investigate the application effect of respiratory function exercise combined with tiotropium bromide in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 80 patients with stable COPD admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received tiotropium bromide,and the observation group received respiratory function exercise on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The pulmonary function and symptom relief time were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pulmonary function levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second and forced vital capacity in the observation group were(2.14±0.27)L and(3.49±0.51)L,respectively,which were higher than(1.68±0.25)L and(2.36±0.28)L in the control group,the one second rate of the observation group was(66.53±2.13)%,which was higher than(58.46±2.06)%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of wheezing,sputum,cough and pulmonary wheezing in the observation group were(3.23±0.67)d,(4.26±0.58)d,(4.31±0.74)d and(7.45±0.51)d,respectively,which were shorter than(5.76±1.11)d,(6.25±1.13)d,(6.48±1.09)d and(9.27±1.23)d of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory function exercise combined with tiotropium bromide has a significant effect in the treatment of stable COPD patients,which can accelerate symptom relief and is conducive to pulmonary rehabilitation.
