摘要
目的分析健胃消食口服液结合莫沙必利对功能性消化不良患者疗效及胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)水平的影响.方法选择我院2019年4月—2022年9月收治的70例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=35)口服莫沙必利,观察组(n=35)口服健胃消食口服液及莫沙必利,两组均用药4周.对比两组患者的临床疗效、症状积分、GAS水平、MOT水平及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的餐后饱胀、嗳气、早饱、上腹痛、纳差、恶心积分及总积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的GAS、MOT水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论采用健胃消食口服液联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良,可有效缓解患者症状,改善其胃肠道激素水平,安全性高.
Objective To analyze the effect of Jianwei Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with mosapride on curative effect and gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MOT)levels in patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods 70 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(35 cases)received moxapride orally,and the observation group(35 cases)received Jianwei Xiaoshi Oral Liquid and moxapride orally,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,GAS level,MOT level and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 71.43%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores such as postprantal fullness,belching,early satiety,upper abdominal pain,poor appetite,nausea and the total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,GAS and MOT levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianwei Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with moxapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia can effectively relieve symptoms and improve gastrointestinal hormone levels,with high safety.
