摘要
目的探究脊柱微调手法结合悬吊运动疗法对骶髂关节紊乱症的临床疗效.方法选取2020年1月—2022年10月本院收治的40例骶髂关节紊乱症患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组20例.对照组采用脊柱微调手法治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用悬吊运动疗法.比较两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、临床疗效及复发情况.结果治疗后,治疗组的VAS评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组的总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后1个月,治疗组的复发率为10.00%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脊柱微调手法结合悬吊运动疗法可有效减轻骶髂关节紊乱症患者的腰骶部疼痛,疗效显著、稳定,远程疗效佳.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of spinal fine-tuning manipulation combined with sacroiliac suspension exercise therapy on sacroiliac joint disorder.Methods 40 patients with sacroiliac joint disorders admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with spinal fine-tuning manipulation,and the treatment group was treated with sacroiliac suspension exercise therapy on this basis.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)evaluation treatment score,clinical efficacy and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after treatment,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 10.00%,lower than 40.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Spinal fine-adjustment manipulation combined with sacroiliac suspension exercise therapy can effectively relieve lumbosacral pain in patients with sacroiliac joint disorder,and the curative effect is significant,stable and good at long range.
