摘要
目的探讨中药泥灸联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年12月我院收治的60例KOA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用塞来昔布胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上采用中药泥灸治疗,均持续4周。对比两组患者的临床疗效、膝关节功能、疼痛评分及血清学指标水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的C-反应蛋白CRP、红细胞沉降率ESR水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药泥灸联合塞来昔布胶囊能增强KOA的治疗效果,提升患者膝关节功能,缓解疼痛,改善CRP、ESR水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion combined with celecoxib capsule on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 60 patients with KOA admitted to the hospital from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celecoxib capsule,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion on this basis,both of which lasted for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,knee function,pain score and serological index levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index score and pain visual analogue scale score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein CRP and erythrocyte sedimentation rate ESR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion combined with celeoxib capsule can enhance the therapeutic effect of KOA,improve knee joint function,relieve pain,and improve CRP and ESR levels.
