康复医学教育中应用标准化患者培养学生共情能力的研究

摘要 目的探讨标准化患者在康复医学教育中用于培养学生共情能力的应用效果.方法本研究采用试验对照法,选取南昌医学院2017级(n=55),2018级(n=58)康复治疗学本科班的学生作为研究对象,分成传统组(2017级)和标准化患者(SP)组(2018级),选取康复治疗学的主干专业课《物理治疗学》作为教学课程,传统组采用传统教学法,SP组采用标准化患者进行教学.比较两组学生教学前后共情能力的水平.结果试验前,通过杰弗逊共情量表医学生中文版量表评分,对两组学生各维度共情能力水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);试验后,SP组学生的观点采择得分(51.76±5.16)分、怜悯关怀得分(39.05±5.36)分、换位思考得分(12.41±1.58)分及共情能力总得分(103.22±10.27)分,均高于传统组的(43.91±6.72)分、(31.07±6.43)分、(11.71±1.88)分、(86.69±13.04)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在康复医学教育中应用标准化患者进行教学,能够从多维度有效提高学生的共情能力. Objective Exploring the effectiveness of standardized patients in rehabilitation medicine education for developing students'empathy.Methods This study used an experimental control method and selected the undergraduate rehabilitation therapy students from Nanchang Medical College in 2017(n=55)and 2018(n=58)as the research subjects.They were divided into a traditional group(2017 class)and a standardized patients(SP)group(2018 class),Physiotherapy was taught as a course,using traditional teaching methods for the traditional group and standardized patients for the SP group.The levels of empathic ability of the students in the two groups were compared before and after teaching.Results Before the test,there was no statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the level of empathy in each dimension between the two groups of students as scored by the JSE-HP scale.After the test,students in the SP group had higher scores on perspective taking(51.76±5.16)points,compassionate care(39.05±5.36)points,transpersonal thinking(12.41±1.58)points and total empathy(103.22±10.27)points than those in the traditional group(43.91±6.72)points,(31.07±6.43)points,(11.71±1.88)points,(86.69±13.04)points,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of standardised patients for teaching in rehabilitation medicine education is effective in improving students empathy in a multidimensional way.
