摘要
便秘在痔疮术后的发病率较高,影响患者恢复.为防治痔疮患者术后便秘,临床开展了诸多研究,采用中药内服、外治、护理干预等多种方式来改善其术后排便,取得了一定疗效.现将目前中医药治疗痔疮术后便秘的研究成果综述如下,旨在为临床提供参考.
The incidence of constipation after hemorrhoid surgery is high,which affects the recovery of patients.In order to prevent and treat postoperative constipation in patients with hemorrhoids,many clinical studies have been carried out,using traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment,nursing intervention and other ways to improve postoperative defecation,and some effects have been achieved.The current research results on the treatment of constipation after hemorrhoids by traditional Chinese medicine are summarized as follows in order to provide clinical reference.
