摘要
目的探究针灸联合推拿疗法对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)及腰椎功能的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2022年10月我院收治的80例LDH患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组患者行推拿疗法,观察组患者在对照组的基础上行针灸治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的ODI指数及腰椎功能。结果治疗前,两组ODI指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的ODI指数为(22.41±4.08)分,低于对照组的(42.27±4.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组腰椎功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的屈伸活动度、侧屈活动度及旋转活动度分别为(76.33±14.22)°、(51.37±11.22)°、(39.66±9.11)°,明显大于对照组的(65.11±12.13)°、(46.19±10.47)°、(35.33±8.19)°,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LDH患者采取针灸推拿的方式进行治疗,可有效改善ODI指数,缓解腰椎功能,治疗效果佳。
Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture and massage therapy on Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 80 LDH patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received massage therapy,and the observation group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The ODI index and lumbar function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ODI index between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the ODI index of observation group was(22.41±4.08)points,lower than(42.27±4.12)points of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in lumbar function between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the flexion and extension motion,lateral flexion motion and rotational motion were(76.33±14.22)°,(51.37±11.22)°,(39.66±9.11)°,significantly greater than(65.11±12.13)°,(46.19±10.47)°,(35.33±5.19)°of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating LDH patients with acupuncture and moxibustion and massage can effectively improve their ODI index,alleviate their lumbar function,and have a good therapeutic effect.It is recommended to use it in clinical practice.
