摘要
目的分析叙事疗法在住院精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选择2022年6月—2023年1月广州市民政局精神病院住院的80例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,各40例。对照组患者予以常规治疗干预措施,研究组患者开展叙事疗法干预。观察两组患者的生活质量、认知功能、心理状态及症状严重水平。结果治疗前,两组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、简易智能精神状态量表(MMSE)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WSCT)、生活质量量表(SQLS)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)得分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者MMSE得分、WSCT中持续性应答数、概念化水平百分数、正确应答数及完成分类数得分均高于对照组,PANSS得分、HAMA得分、HAMD得分、SQLS得分及WSCT中持续错误数得分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对住院精神分裂症患者开展叙事疗法干预,有利于减轻患者临床症状,稳定患者心理状态,改善患者生活质量和认知功能,值得进一步推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of narrative therapy on hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau Psychiatric Hospital from June 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects in this study,and all patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment intervention measures,and patients in the study group received narrative therapy intervention.The quality of life,cognitive function,mental state and symptom severity of the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Simplified Intelligent Mental State Scale(MMSE),Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WSCT),Quality of Life Scale(SQLS),and Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)between the two groups of hospitalized schizophrenia patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the MMSE scores,percentage of persistent responses,conceptualization level,correct responses,and completion of classification scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while PANSS scores,HAMA scores,HAMD scores,SQLS scores,and persistent errors in WSCT scores were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting narrative therapy intervention for hospitalized patients with schizophrenia is beneficial for alleviating their clinical symptoms,stabilizing their psychological state,improving their quality of life and cognitive function,and is worthy of further promotion.
