摘要
目的探究穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆对轻中度颅脑损伤头痛患者止痛效果的影响.方法选取2017年10月—2023年2月菏泽市中医医院收治的80例轻中度颅脑损伤头痛患者为研究对象.按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组.对照组(n=40)采用常规治疗,观察组(n=40)在此基础上采用穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗.对比两组止痛效果及治疗前后头痛程度、头痛次数、头痛时间、生活质量.结果观察组止痛总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分为(2.24±0.82)分,低于对照组的(4.88±1.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组头痛次数为(1.64±0.35)次/周,少于对照组的(3.71±0.74)次/周,头痛时间为(1.41±0.25)h,短于对照组的(2.73±0.61)h,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组社会、心理、躯体、物质生活状态评分分别为(78.66±4.45)分、(79.57±4.51)分、(79.84±3.54)分、(79.84±3.89)分,均高于对照组的(68.81±4.32)分、(69.55±4.34)分、(72.55±3.17)分、(70.11±3.42)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆在轻中度颅脑损伤头痛患者中效果显著,能够有效减轻患者头痛症状,减少头痛次数,缩短头痛时间,提高生活质量.
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with ear point pressing on pain relief in patients with mild to moderate head injury headache.Methods 80 patients with headache caused by mild to moderate brain injury admitted to Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine From October 2017 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.Divide into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group(n=40)was treated with acupoint application combined with ear point pressing therapy.Compare the analgesic effects of the two groups,as well as the degree,frequency,duration,and quality of life of headache before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of pain relief in the observation group was 95.00%higher than 77.50%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain Visual Analogue Score of the observation group was(2.24±0.82)points,which was lower than the control group's(4.88±1.44)points,with a statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the frequency of headache in the observation group was(1.64±0.35)times/week,which was less than(3.71±0.74)times/week in the control group,and the headache time was(1.41±0.25)h,which was shorter than(2.73±0.61)h in the control group,with statistical significance between groups(P<0.05);the scores of social,psychological,physical and material life status of the observation group were(78.66±4.45)points,(79.57±4.51)points,(79.84±3.54)points and(79.84±3.89)points,respectively.It was higher than that in the control group(68.81±4.32)points,(69.55±4.34)points,(72.55±3.17)points and(70.11±3.42)points,and the difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint application and ear acupoint pressing has a significant effect on mild to moderate head injury headache patients,which can effectively alleviate their headache symptoms,reduce the number of headaches,shorten the duration of headaches,and improve their quality of life.
