布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入对喘息性支气管炎患儿呼出气一氧化氮的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Aerosol Inhalation of Budesonide Combined with Terbutaline on Exhaled Nitric Oxide in Children with Asthmatic Bronchitis

摘要 目的探讨布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入对喘息性支气管炎患儿呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)的影响.方法选取2020年8月—2022年8月萍乡市人民医院收治的60例喘息性支气管炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例.对照组采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组采用布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗,治疗7d.比较两组临床疗效、FeNO、血清炎症因子水平、症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后30、120 min的FeNO水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的喘息、咳嗽、发热及肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入可提高喘息性支气管炎患儿治疗效果,降低气道FeNO水平,减轻炎症反应,加快恢复,安全可靠. Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation on fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)in children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods 60 children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation,and the observation group was treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,FeNO,serum inflammatory factor levels,symptom disappearance time and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FeNO levels at 30 and 120 min after treatment were lower than those in control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of wheezing,cough,fever and pulmonary moist rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation can improve the therapeutic effect of children with asthmatic bronchitis,reduce airway FeNO level,reduce inflammatory response,accelerate recovery,and is safe and reliable.
