摘要
目的分析Multiloc髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折(PHF)患者的临床效果.方法选取2020年3月—2022年3月该院收治的80例PHF患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例.对照组行Phlios钢板内固定,观察组行Multiloc髓内钉内固定,观察至术后3个月.比较两组手术相关指标、疼痛程度、肩关节功能、生活质量、并发症发生情况.结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术、住院时间均短于对照组,疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,Constant-Murley肩关节功能评定量表评分、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的10.00%,但,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论Multiloc髓内钉内固定具有创伤小等优势,能够减轻PHF患者疼痛,加速肩关节功能改善,提升生活质量,且无严重并发症.
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Multiloc intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures(PHF)in patients.Methods 80 PHF patients admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Philios plate internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with Multiloc intramedullary nail internal fixation until 3 months after surgery.The operation related indexes,coagulation function,pain degree,Shoulder joint function,quality of life,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the surgical and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group;the Visual Analogue Scale pain score was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of the Constant Murley Shoulder joint Functional Assessment Scale and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications inthe observation group was 5.00%,lower than 10.00%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Multiloc intramedullary nailing has the advantages of less trauma,which can relieve pain,accelerate the improvement of Shoulder joint function,and improve the quality of life without serious complications.
