摘要
目的探究悬吊运动疗法结合功能训练对老年退行性腰椎滑脱症(DLS)患者腰椎功能、疼痛程度的影响.方法选择2021年5月—2023年2月峄城区人民医院收治的100例老年退行性腰椎滑脱症患者为研究对象,按不同干预方法分为对照组与观察组,各50例.对照组采用常规功能训练干预,观察组采用悬吊运动疗法配合功能训练干预,两组均连续干预4周.比较两组患者的腰椎功能及疼痛程度.结果干预后,观察组Oswesty功能障碍指数评分表中各维度评分均低于对照组;疼痛视觉模拟评分为(0.47±0.61)分,低于对照组的(1.02±1.11)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论悬吊运动疗法配合功能训练对老年DLS患者效果更佳,能有效改善患者腰椎功能,减轻患者疼痛,安全可靠.
Objective To investigate the effect of suspension exercise therapy combined with functional training on lumbar function and pain level in elderly patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis(DLS).Methods 100 elderly patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis admitted to the Urban District People's Hospital from May 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study object,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional functional training intervention,and the observation group received suspension exercise therapy combined with functional training intervention.Both groups received continuous intervention for 4 weeks.The lumbar function and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Oswesty Dysfunction Index in observation group were lower than those in the control group;the pain Visual Analogue Score was(0.47±0.61)points,which was lower than(1.02±1.11)points of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Suspension exercise therapy combined with functional training is more effective in elderly DLS patients,and can effectively improve the lumbar function of patients,reduce patients'pain,and is safe and reliable.
