摘要
目的探讨国产一次性电子输尿管软镜在上尿路结石患者中的临床效果及安全性.方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月我院收治的82例上尿路结石患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例.对照组在可重复使用输尿管软镜下开展手术,观察组在国产一次性电子输尿管软镜下开展手术.比较两组手术情况、结石清除率、肾功能指标、并发症.结果两组手术时间分别为(39.85±4.25)min、(40.13±4.36)min,出血量分别为(18.52±1.43)mL、(19.04±1.47)mL,术后住院时间分别为(3.14±0.35)d、(3.21±0.38)d,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后即刻、术后4周结石清除率相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro)水平均高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组术后SCr、BUN、24 h Upro水平相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组并发症发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论国产一次性电子输尿管软镜治疗上尿路结石的疗效与可重复使用输尿管软镜相当,均可良好清除结石,减轻肾功能损伤,且安全性高.
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of domestically produced disposable electronic ureteroscopy in patients with upper urinary tract stones.Methods 82 patients with upper urinary calculi admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was operated under the reusable flexible ureteroscope,and the observation group was operated under the domestic disposable electronic flexible ureteroscope.The operation condition,stone clearance rate,renal function index and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the two groups were(39.85±4.25)min and(40.13±4.36)min,the blood loss were(18.52±1.43)mL and(19.04±1.47)mL,the postoperative hospital stay were(3.14±0.35)d and(3.21±0.38)d,respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in stone clearance rate between the two groups immediately after operation and 4 weeks after operation(P>0.05);the levels of creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and 24 h urinary protein(24 h Upro)after operation in the two groups were higher than those before operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of domestically produced disposable electronic ureteroscopy in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones is equivalent to that of reusable ureteroscopy,which can effectively clear stones,reduce renal function damage,and have high safety.
