摘要
目的探讨Peabody运动发育量表(PDMS-2)结合配套运动训练方案在早期运动发育迟缓儿童中的应用.方法选取潍坊市妇幼保健院2021年5月—2022年5月收治的100例运动发育迟缓儿童为研究对象,按照抽样检测法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组50例.对照组进行常规运动训练,在此基础上,观察组根据PDMS-2评估结果进行相应的配套运动训练.比较两组患儿的运动发育情况及平衡功能.结果干预后,观察组的PDMS-2中粗大运动商、精细运动商及总体运动商评分分别为(87.95±11.52)分、(90.52±10.23)分、(86.45±19.18)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的Berg平衡量表评分为(35.03±5.03)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用PDMS-2结合配套运动训练方案干预运动发育迟缓儿童,能有效促进其运动发育,提高其平衡能力,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of Peabody developmental motor scale(PDMS-2)combined with matching exercise training program on early and middle stage in children with motor retardation.Methods 100 children with motor retardation admitted to Weifang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to sampling detection method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine exercise training,and on this basis,the observation group received corresponding matching exercise training according to PDMS-2 evaluation results.The motor development and balance function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the gross motor quotient,fine motor quotient and total motor quotient scores of PDMS-2 in the observation group were(87.95±11.52)points,(90.52±10.23)points and(86.45±19.18)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Berg balance scale score in the observation group was(35.03±5.03)points,which was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDMS-2 combined with matching exercise training program can effectively promote motor development and improve balance ability of children with motor retardation,which is worthy of clinical application.
