摘要
目的探讨清肺通络汤联合阿奇霉素对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿中医证候及肺功能的影响。方法选取甘肃省陇南市武都区中心医院2020年2月—2023年2月收治的96例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=48)采取阿奇霉素治疗,观察组(n=48)于阿奇霉素基础上采取清肺通络汤治疗。比较两组中医症候评分、症状改善时间、肺功能。结果治疗后,观察组的中医症候评分(13.11±2.07)分低于对照组的(17.02±2.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的肺部阴影消失时间(7.74±1.68)d、肺啰音消失时间(5.08±0.97)d、退烧时间(2.61±0.58)d、住院时间(10.02±2.24)d,均短于对照组的(9.35±1.82)d、(6.48±1.48)d、(3.14±0.83)d、(12.14±2.59)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组最大通气量(70.68±15.33)L、第1秒用力呼气容积(64.28±12.34)%,均高于对照组的(63.74±13.52)L、(59.02±11.13)%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用清肺通络汤联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎患儿疗效显著,可降低中医症候评分,缩短症状改善时间,促进患儿肺部功能提升。
Objective To explore the effect of Qingfei Tongluo Tang combined with Western medicine therapy on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and lung function in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods 96 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to the Central Hospital of Wudu District,Longnan City,Gansu Province from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into a Control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The control group(n=48)received azithromycin treatment,while the observation group(n=48)received Qingfei Tongluo Tang treatment on the basis of the control group.Compare and analyze the TCM symptom scores,symptom improvement time,and lung function of the two groups of children.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group(13.11±2.07)points was lower than(17.02±2.15)points of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The disappearance time of lung shadows(7.74±1.68)d,disappearance time of lung rales(5.08±0.97)d,fever reduction time(2.61±0.58)d,and hospitalization time(10.02±2.24)d in the observation group were all shorter than(9.35±1.82)d,(6.48±1.48)d,(3.14±0.83)d,and(12.14±2.59)d in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum ventilation volume of the observation group(70.68±15.33)L and forced expiratory volume of the first second(64.28±12.34)%were higher than(63.74±13.52)L and(59.02±11.13)%of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,Qingfei Tongluo decoction combined with azithromycin can achieve remarkable results,which can significantly reduce the score of TCM symptoms,shorten the time of symptom improvement,and promote the improvement of lung function in children.
