摘要
目的探讨定式改良易筋经辅助治疗在脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年11月—2022年2月我院收治的60例脑卒中患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取定式改良易筋经治疗,持续治疗12周。对比两组平衡能力、跌倒效能、日常生活活动能力。结果治疗前,两组平衡能力、跌倒效能、日常生活活动能力比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组Berg平衡量表评分为(42.95±3.10)分、修正版跌倒效能量表评分为(125.51±5.04)分、改良Barthel指数评分为(75.01±6.23)分,均高于对照组的(37.11±3.54)分、(116.62±6.09)分、(68.12±5.49)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定式改良易筋经辅助治疗在脑卒中患者中应用效果显著,能改善其平衡能力,降低跌倒风险。
Objective To explore the application effect of fixed modified Yijinjing meridian adjuvant therapy in patients with stroke.Methods 60 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with modified Yijinjing meridian on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks.The balance ability,fall efficacy and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in balance ability,fall efficacy and activities of daily living between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the Berg Balance Scale score of the observation group was(42.95±3.10)points,the modified Fall Efficacy Scale score was(125.51±5.04)points,and the modified Barthel Index score was(75.01±6.23)points,the scores were higher than(37.11±3.54)points,(116.62±6.09)points,(68.12±5.49)points of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The fixed modified Yijinjing adjuvant therapy has a significant application effect in stroke patients,which can improve their balance ability and reduce the risk of falls.
