摘要
目的探讨产后康复治疗仪在剖宫产术后康复中的应用效果及其安全性。方法选择2022年6月—2023年5月于该院行剖宫产的86例产妇为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组接受常规康复护理,观察组在常规康复护理基础上接受产后康复治疗仪辅助康复。对比两组术后康复情况,包括子宫复旧、疼痛情况、泌乳情况、术后并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组子宫底下降高度较对照组高,恶露持续时间短于对照组,术后疼痛视觉模拟量表评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组泌乳始动时间短于对照组,产后48、72 h泌乳量多于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率4.65%较对照组20.93%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后康复治疗仪可促进剖宫产产妇术后子宫复旧恢复,减轻术后疼痛症状,还可缩短泌乳始动时间,增加泌乳量,减少并发症,值得临床应用、推广。
Objective To explore the application effect and safety of postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument in rehabilitation after cesarean section.Methods 86 patients after cesarean section admitted to the hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random drawing method.The control group received routine rehabilitation care,while the observation group received postpartum rehabilitation therapy with an auxiliary rehabilitation device on the basis of routine rehabilitation care.Compare the postoperative recovery conditions of the two groups,including uterine involution,pain symptoms,lactation conditions,and postoperative complications.Results After the intervention,the uterine fundus in the observation group dropped higher than that of the control group,the duration of lochia was shorter than that of the control group,and the postoperative Visual Analogue Scale score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's lactation onset time was shorter than that of the control group,and its lactation volume at 48 h and 72 h postpartum was greater than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than 20.93%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument can promote postpartum uterine involution and recovery,reduce postoperative pain symptoms,shorten the onset of lactation,increase lactation volume,and reduce complications,and is worthy of vigorous publicity and promotion.
