摘要
目的探讨盐酸小檗碱片结合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者症状改善时间、血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2021年4月-2023年2月枣庄市峄城区人民医院收治的80例UC患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组使用美沙拉嗪,观察组以对照组为基础使用盐酸小檗碱片。对比两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、临床症状改善时间、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,白细胞介素-10高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组黏液脓血便症状、腹痛症状、腹泻症状改善时间均短于治疗前,且观察组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸小檗碱片结合美沙拉嗪对于UC患者有良好效果,对于炎症因子有一定抑制作用,使患者的临床症状得到一定改善,具有良好的安全性。
Objective To investigate the effects of berberine hydrochloride tablets combined with mesalazine on symptom improvement time and serum inflammatory factor levels in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 80 UC patients admitted to Yicheng People's Hospital of Zaozhuang from April 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used the salad,observation group on the basis of the control group using berberine hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,improvement time of clinical symptoms,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-10 was higher than that before treatment,and which in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement time of mucopurulent bloody stool symptoms,abdominal pain symptoms and diarrhea symptoms in the two groups were shorter than those before treatment,and which in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Berberine hydrochloride tablets combined with mesalazine has a good effect on UC patients,has a certain inhibitory effect on inflammatory factors,and improves the clinical symptoms of patients,with good safety.
