摘要
目的探讨5A(询问-评估-建议-帮助-随访模式)护理干预策略对肺癌术后化疗患者心理状态及一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年6月-2022年6月我院收治的88例肺癌术后化疗患者的临床资料,按照入院顺序分组,各44例。对照组采取传统护理,试验组基于对照组采取5A护理干预策略,连续护理1个月。统计两组护理满意度及护理前后心理状态(SCL-90)、GESE评分、第1 s用力呼气容积与用力呼气量比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)、第1 s用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV_(1)%)。结果护理后,试验组SCL-90评分低于对照组,GESE评分高于对照组,FEV_(1)/FVC、FEV_(1)%均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度95.45%高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论5A护理干预策略可提高肺癌术后化疗患者GSES评分,消除负面心理,改善肺功能,营造和谐护患气氛。
Objective To explore the effect of 5A(interrogation-evaluation-suggestion-helping-follow-up model)nursing intervention strategy on psychological state and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores of patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy.Methods The clinical data of 88 patients with lung cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the order of admission,44 cases were divided into each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the experimental group received 5A nursing intervention strategy based on the control group for 1 month.The nursing satisfaction,mental state(SCL-90),GESE score and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))/forced expiratory volume(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second percentage of predicted value(FEV_(1)%)before and after nursing were recorded.Results After nursing,the SCL-90 score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the GESE score higher than that of the control group,FEV_(1)/FVC and FEV_(1)%were greater than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.45%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 5A nursing intervention strategy can improve the GSES score,eliminate negative psychology,improve lung function,and create a harmonious nursepatient atmosphere in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy.
