摘要
目的探讨达格列净片联合盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的效果。方法选择2019年8月—2023年3月枣庄市峄城区人民医院收治的80例T2DM患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组40例。对照组采用二甲双胍缓释片治疗,观察组在此基础上采用达格列净片治疗,均持续治疗12周。比较两组患者的疗效、血糖水平、胰岛功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的临床疗效为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(6.04±1.20)mmol/L、(7.22±1.15)mmol/L、(6.35±0.73)%,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数分别为(7.06±1.02)mIU/L、(1.89±0.27),均低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数为(9.99±1.5),高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论T2DM患者采用达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗的效果理想,可改善其血糖水平,增强胰岛功能,且不良反应少,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the effect of dapagliflozin tablets combined with metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 80 T2DM patients treated in Zaozhuang City Yicheng District People's Hospital from August 2019 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets,and the observation group was treated with dapagliflozin tablets on this basis.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The efficacy,blood glucose levels,islet function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of observation group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2 h postprandial plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were(6.04±1.2)mmol/L,(7.22±1.15)mmol/L and(6.35±0.73)%,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting insulin level and homeostasis model assessment islet resistance index in the observation group were(7.06±1.02)mIU/L and(1.89±0.27),respectively,lower than those in the control group,and the homeostasis model assessment isletβcell function index was(9.99±1.5),higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In T2DM patients,dapagliflozin tablets combined with metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets has ideal therapeutic effect,which can improve blood glucose levels and enhance islet function,with less adverse reactions,and is safe and reliable.
