摘要
目的探讨射频脉冲联合屈曲旋提手法治疗对神经根型颈椎病(CSR)患者疼痛程度及颈椎功能的影响。方法选择2018年9月—2022年8月东营市第五人民医院收治的80例CSR患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施屈曲旋提手法治疗,观察组实施射频脉冲联合屈曲旋提手法治疗,两组均治疗2周。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、颈椎功能及颈部肌肉疲劳度。结果治疗后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分为(2.05±1.23)分,颈椎功能残障指数评分为(18.12±3.95)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的日本骨科协会颈髓功能量表评分为(15.28±2.96)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的颈部后伸肌群肌电积分值为(130.53±13.78)μv·s,平均功率频率为(75.39±5.68)Hz,中位频率为(59.87±4.91)Hz,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论射频脉冲联合屈曲旋提手法治疗可有效缓解CSR患者的疼痛程度,降低颈部肌肉疲劳度,改善颈椎功能。
Objective Exploring the effects of radiofrequency pulse combined with flexion and rotation lifting techniques on the degree of pain and cervical spine function in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods Selecting 80 CSR patients admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Dongying City from September 2018 to August 2022 as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with flexion and rotation lifting technique,observation group implemented radiofrequency pulse combined with flexion and rotation lifting technique for treatment,both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Compare the degree of pain,cervical spine function,and neck muscle fatigue between two groups of patients.Results The Visual Analogue Scale of pain in the observation group was(2.05±1.23)points,and the Neck Disability Index score was(18.12±3.95)points,which were lower than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Japan Orthopedic Association cervical spinal cord function scale score was(15.28±2.96)points,which was higher than the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neck extensor muscle group electromyography score was(130.53±13.78)μv·s,mean power frequency was(75.39±5.68)Hz,and median frequency was(59.87±4.91)Hz,which were higher than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency pulse combined with flexion and rotation lifting technique can effectively alleviate the pain level of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,reduce neck muscle fatigue,and improve cervical spine function.
