摘要
目的探讨医护一体化护理联合早期踝泵运动在髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年3月—2023年4月该院收治的72例行髋关节置换术的患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施医护一体化护理联合早期踝泵运动,两组均持续随访3个月。对比两组下肢血流动力学、静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)发生情况及髋关节功能。结果护理后,观察组股静脉血流峰速、血流平均速度分别为(60.62±7.25)cm/s、(32.78±5.50)cm/s,均快于对照组的(55.56±6.30)cm/s、(29.25±5.46)cm/s,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组VTE发生率5.56%低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组髋关节功能量表评分为(88.05±6.92)分,高于对照组的(80.89±6.33)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理联合早期踝泵运动在髋关节置换术患者中具有较好的应用效果,利于改善患者下肢血流动力学,预防VTE的发生,促进髋关节功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of integrated nursing combined with early ankle pump exercise in patients with hip arthroplasty.Methods 72 patients who underwent hip replacement in our hospital from March 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received integrated nursing combined with early ankle pump exercise.Both groups were followed up for 3 months.Lower extremity hemodynamics,occurrence of venous thromboembolism(VTE)and hip function were compared between the two groups.Results Femoral vein blood flow peak velocity and mean blood flow velocity in the observation group were(60.62±7.25)cm/s and(32.78±5.50)cm/s,respectively,faster than(55.56±6.30)cm/s and(29.25±5.46)cm/s in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of VTE in observation group was 5.56%,lower than 22.22%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hip Function Scale score of the observation group was(88.05±6.92)points,higher than(80.89±6.33)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated nursing combined with early ankle pump exercise has a good application effect in patients with hip arthroplasty,which is beneficial to improve the lower limb hemodynamics,prevent the occurrence of VTE,and promote the recovery of hip joint function.
