摘要
目的探讨优质护理模式配合系统性功能训练干预在全髋关节置换术(THA)后股骨头坏死患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月—2023年1月枣庄市峄城区人民医院骨二科收治的82例股骨头坏死患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。其中对照组THA术后采用优质护理模式,观察组术后在对照组基础上采用系统性功能训练干预。比较两组髋关节功能、疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组Harris量表中疼痛程度评分(37.33±3.14)分、日常活动评分(10.37±1.52)分、步态评分(8.25±1.15)分、行走辅助器评分(8.76±1.03)分、行走距离评分(9.30±0.83)分、畸形评分(3.62±0.13)分、活动范围评分(3.95±0.21)分及总评分(87.45±5.36)分均高于对照组,疼痛视觉模拟评分量表评分(4.23±0.52)分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率7.32%低于对照组的26.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式配合系统性功能训练干预在THA后股骨头坏死患者中的应用效果较好,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of high-quality nursing mode combined with systematic functional training intervention in patients with femoral head necrosis after total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods 82 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of Yicheng District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received highquality nursing care after surgery,while the observation group received systematic functional training interventions on this basis.Compare the hip joint function,pain level,and postoperative complications between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the Harris scale pain score(37.33±3.14)points,daily activity score(10.37±1.52)points,gait score(8.25±1.15)points,walking aid score(8.76±1.03)points,walking distance score(9.30±0.83)points,deformity score(3.62±0.13)points,range of motion score(3.95±0.21)points,and total score(87.45±5.36)points in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the pain Visual Analog Scale score of the observation group(4.23±0.52)points was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.32%,lower than 26.83%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality nursing model and systematic functional training are effective in patients undergoing THA,and are worth promoting.
