摘要
目的研究健脾通络和中汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)并幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的效果.方法选取2021年10月—2022年11月郑州市中医院收治的63例CAG并Hp感染患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=32)例、对照组(n=31).对照组采用四联疗法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用健脾通络和中汤治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃黏膜病理评分、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、胃泌素-17(G-17)水平及不良反应发生情况.结果研究组的治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的70.97%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).治疗后,研究组的各项中医证候积分、各项胃黏膜病理评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);研究组的IL-1β、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,G-17水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05).结论采用健脾通络和中汤治疗CAG并Hp感染的效果确切,可有效抑制患者炎症反应,改善其胃黏膜病理状况,且安全性较高.
Objective To study the effect of Jianpi Tongluo Hezhong Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)and helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods 63 patients with CAG and Hp infection admitted to Zhengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a study group(n=32)and a control group(n=31)by random number table method.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the study group was treated with Jianpi Tongluo Hezhong Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,gastric mucosa pathological scores,serum related factor[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),gastrin-17(G-17)]levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%,which was higher than 70.97%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome and gastric mucosa pathology in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the levels of IL-1βand TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of G-17 was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Tongluo Hezhong Decoction is effective in the treatment of CAG and Hp infection,which can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response of patients and improve the pathological status of gastric mucosa with high safety.
