摘要
目的探讨手屈肌腱断裂修复术后康复护理中应用多元化健康宣教联合动力型支具训练的效果.方法选取该院2022年5月—2023年7月收治的96例手屈肌腱断裂修复术后患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组,每组48例.对照组采用常规康复护理,干预组采用多元化健康宣教联合动力型支具训练.比较两组的健康知识掌握情况、总主动活动度(TAM)、手部功能.结果干预后,干预组基础知识、治疗方式、饮食与休息、康复训练评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预组TAM优良率为91.67%,高于对照组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,干预组侧捏力、三点捏力、握力均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论多元化健康宣教联合动力型支具训练应用于手屈肌腱断裂修复术后康复护理中,能够加深患者对健康知识的掌握程度,提高手部活动度,促进手部功能恢复.
Objective Exploring the effect of diversified health education combined with dynamic support training in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of hand flexor tendon rupture repair surgery.Methods 96 patients who underwent repair surgery for hand flexor tendon rupture admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an intervention group using a random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was received routine rehabilitation care,while the intervention group was received diversified health education and dynamic support training.The mastery of health knowledge,Total Active Movement(TAM),and hand function were compared in both groups.Results After intervention,The intervention group had higher scores in basic knowledge,treatment methods,diet and rest,and rehabilitation training than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of TAM in the intervention group was 91.67%,which was higher than 77.08%in the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,The intervention group had greater lateral pinch force,three-point pinch force,and grip strength than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified health education and dynamic support training in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of hand flexor tendon rupture repair can deepen the mastery of health knowledge,improve hand mobility,and promote hand function recovery.
