摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片、美沙拉嗪、肠炎宁胶囊联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的效果.方法选取铅山县中医院2021年1月—2022年1月收治的60例UC患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.对照组采用美沙拉嗪及肠炎宁胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上采用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,均持续14 d.对比两组患者的临床效果、炎症因子、肠道菌群及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的大肠杆菌及粪肠球菌均少于对照组,乳酸杆菌及双歧杆菌均多于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合美沙拉嗪及肠炎宁胶囊治疗UC的效果理想,可促进炎症缓解,调节肠道菌群,且不良反应率低.
Objective To investigate the effect of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets,mesalazine and Changyanning Capsule in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 60 patients with UC admitted to the Qianshan County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine and Changyanning Capsule,and the observation group was treated with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets on this basis.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical effects,inflammatory factors,intestinal flora and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the escherichia coli and enterococcus faecalis in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the lactobacillus and bifidobacterium were more than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with mesalazine and Changyanning Capsule have ideal effects in the treatment of UC,which can promote the remission of inflammation,regulate intestinal flora,and have a low adverse reaction rate.
