多元化阶段式健康教育结合ADOPT护理模式对膀胱癌泌尿造口患者负性情绪、生活质量的影响

摘要 目的探讨多元化阶段式健康教育结合态度、定义、开放思维、计划、实验(ADOPT)护理模式在膀胱癌泌尿造口患者中的应用效果.方法选取2021年7月—2023年5月临沂市肿瘤医院收治的82例膀胱癌泌尿造口患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组41例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用多元化阶段式健康教育结合ADOPT护理模式.对比两组患者的负性情绪、生活质量、自我护理能力.结果护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分分别为(40.10±5.68)分、(45.55±5.44)分,均低于对照组的(47.31±4.85)分、(53.04±6.18)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表及自我护理能力测定量表中各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论多元化阶段式健康教育结合ADOPT护理模式可减轻膀胱癌泌尿造口患者的负性情绪,提高其自我护理能力,改善生活质量. Objective To investigate the application effect of diversified staged health education combined with attitude,definition,open thinking,planning and try it out(ADOPT)nursing mode in patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy.Methods 82 patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy admitted to Linyi Cancer Hospital from July 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with diversified staged health education combined with ADOPT nursing mode.The negative emotions,quality of life and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were(40.10±5.68)points and(45.55±5.44)points,respectively,which were lower than(47.31±4.85)points and(53.04±6.18)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions in the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF Scale and in the Exercise of Self-Care Agency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified staged health education combined with ADOPT nursing mode can alleviate negative emotions,improve self-care ability and improve quality of life in patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy.
