摘要
目的分析针刺"八髎穴"联合补肾益阳汤治疗功能性勃起功能障碍(FED)患者的有效性及案例性.方法选取2022年1月—2023年8月仁怀市人民医院收治的84例FED患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用针刺"八髎穴"联合补肾益阳汤治疗.对比两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候评分、勃起功能、性激素水平及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的阳痿不举、腰膝酸软、情志抑郁、失眠心慌评分分别为(1.53±0.11)分、(1.29±0.17)分、(1.28±0.13)分、(1.02±0.11)分,均低于对照组的(2.27±0.15)分、(2.17±0.22)分、(2.35±0.22)分、(1.89±0.18)分,国际勃起功能指数-5评分为(18.97±2.63)分,高于对照组的(14.38±2.01)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的促黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平分别为(1.42±0.29)mIU/mL、(2.40±0.63)mIU/mL,均低于对照组的(2.31±0.45)mIU/mL、(4.21±0.75)mIU/mL,睾酮水平为(26.68±3.78)ng/dL,高于对照组的(21.53±3.29)ng/dL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论针刺"八髎穴"联合补肾益阳汤可改善FED患者的勃起功能,调节其性激素水平,且无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To analyze the efficacy and saftty of acupuncture at"Baliao Point"combined with Bushen Yiyang Decoction in the treatment of patients with of functional erectile dysfunction(FED).Methods 84 FED patients admitted to Renhuai People's Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture at"Baliao Point"combined with Bushen Yiyang Decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,erectile function,sex hormone levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,higher than 78.57%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of impotence,waist and knee weakness,emotional depression,insomnia and panic in the observation group were(1.53±0.11)points,(1.29±0.17)points,(1.28±0.13)points,(1.02±0.11)points,respectively,which were lower than(2.27±0.15)points,(2.17±0.22)points,(2.35±0.22)points,(1.89±0.18)points in the control group,and the international index of erectile function-5 score was(18.97±2.63)points,which was higher than(14.38±2.01)points in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone in the observation group were(1.42±0.29)mIU/mL and(2.40±0.63)mIU/mL,respectively,which were lower than(2.31±0.45)mIU/mL and(4.21±0.75)mIU/mL in the control group,while the level of testosterone was(26.68±3.78)ng/dL,higher than(21.53±3.29)ng/dL of control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at"Baliao Point"combined with Bushen Yiyang Decoction can improve the erectile function and regulate the levels of sex hormone in FED patients without serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
