摘要
针对铀化工工艺转换过程中需即时监测管道中铀含量的需求,设计了管道中铀浓度在线检测系统.采用NaI(Tl)探测器对^(235)U发射的185.7 keV的特征γ射线进行测量,根据^(235)U与^(238)U的富集度比推算出总铀量.引入反符合探测技术,大大降低了环境本底带来的影响,增加了探测下限.所研制的铀在线检测系统可以实时获取铀浓度数据,并用不同浓度的标准铀溶液进行实验,得到该检测系统的测量误差小于10%,可为核临界安全与核材料闭合衡算提供可靠的数据支撑.
In response to the need for real-time monitoring of the uranium content in the pipeline during the uranium chemical process conversion,an online detection system for the uranium concentration in the pipeline was designed.A NaI(Tl)detector is used to measure the characteristic gamma rays of 185.7 keV emitted by^(235)U,and the total uranium content is calculated based on the enrichment ratio of^(235)U and^(238)U.The introduction of anti-coincidence detection technology greatly reduces the impact of environmental background and increases the lower limit of detection.The developed uranium online detection system can obtain uranium concentration data in real time,and conduct experiments with standard uranium solutions of different concentrations.The measurement error of the detection system is less than 10%,which can provide reliable data for nuclear criticality safety and nuclear material closure accounting.
