中子多重性符合计数法测量钚质量

摘要 介绍了采用中子多重性符合计数法测定钚质量分析方法.该方法通过增加三重中子计数率测量,以进一步确定样品的增殖,显著减少由于样品几何形状和密度影响导致的测量偏差.具有无需标准样品刻度,测量速度快,测量精度高等特点,本研究确定了仪器的测量参数,使用三种方法对测量所得的钚标准的质量进行了比较.该方法可广泛应用在核安保、核材料管制、工程应用、快堆和MOX元件厂等领域. The neutron multiplicity coincidence counting method for the Hetermination of plutonium is ntroduced.By increasing the triple neutron count rate measurement,the sample multiplication can be further determined,and the measurement deviation caused by the influence of sample geometry and density can be significantly reduced.In this study,the measurement parameters of the instrument were determined,and the quality of plutonium standard measured by three methods was compared.This method can be widely used in nuclear security,nuclear material control,engineering application,fast reactor and MOX component factory.
