摘要
文章介绍了移动医疗信息平台的相关概述,从应用形式、管理内容与干预效果等方面综述移动医疗信息平台在国内外炎症性肠病患者健康管理中的研究现况、优势及不足,并提出以患者需求为中心、以最佳证据为基础、提高护患健康素养等建议,以期为我国健全长期、科学有效的炎症性肠病信息化健康管理模式提供借鉴与参考。
The paper introduced the related overview of mobile medical information platform,summarized the research status,advanta⁃ges and disadvantages of inflammatory bowel disease health management at home and abroad from the aspects of main application forms,man⁃agement contents and intervention effects,and put forward suggestions of improving the health literacy of nurses and patients the needs of pa⁃tients and the best evidence,in order to provide reference for a long-term,scientific and effective information-based health management mod⁃el of inflammatory bowel disease in China.
