摘要
Objective: To study the efficacy of minocycline hydrochloride sustained-release agent combined with Vitapex in the treatment of invasive periodontitis. Method 80 patients with erosive periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups. Control group (root canal therapy group) and experimental group (minocycline hydrochloride sustained-release agent combined with Vitapex treatment group) were used to compare the clinical efficacy of TNF-α,IL-17, CRP before and after treatment. Results The two groups of patients before and after treatment TNF-α IL-17 CRP levels of the statistical difference. The content of IGG1a IGG2a and the content of PDGIG2a were significantly different(P < 0.05), and the content of TNF-α, IL-17, IGg2a showed a significant downward trend. The content of IGg1 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The content of TNF-α, IL-17, IGg2a in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05), and the content of IGGIBI in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05), and the content of IGGIBI in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. The effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Low dose minocycline hydrochloride combined with Vitapex is more effective than root canal therapy in the treatment of invasive periodontitis.
