摘要
为把握现代军事物流能力基本规律,指导现代军事物流体系建设,推动后勤精确保障能力的形成,提出现代军事物流能力由基础要素能力、作业能力和集成能力等3个层次构成,并分析各层次中包含的具体内容,对认识现代军事物流能力基本规律、推进现代军事物流体系建设具有理论指导意义.
To grasp the basic law of modern military logistics capability to guide the construction of modern military logistics system,and promote the formation of logistics precise support capability,this paper firstly proposes that modern military logistics capability consists of three levels:basic element capability,operation capability and integration capability.Then,it analyzes the specific content of each level.It is of theoretical significance to understand the basic law of modern military logistics capability and promote the construction of modern military logistics system.
