"多网融合"背景下铁路客运枢纽分类分级研究——以南通市为例 被引量:3

摘要 传统铁路客运枢纽分级分类基于单一的客流等级维度,难以适应"多网融合"背景下枢纽类别的丰富性,且无法反映城市功能、人口活动等多重因素对铁路客运枢纽的影响.以南通多层次轨道交通枢纽规划为例,从城、人、站三个维度出发,选取了各个维度下确立枢纽级别的评价指标,形成了南通市"两类三级"的多层次轨道交通枢纽体系.结果表明,新的分类分级方法能够体现铁路客运枢纽功能定位、服务范围及发展要求,融合了铁路枢纽规划与城市规划的共同关切和价值取向.研究有助于明晰铁路网络与城市空间的深度互动关系,对各级各类枢纽周边的开发建设具有较强的指导意义. Traditional classification and grading of railway hubs are based on a single dimension,i.e.,passenger flow,which is hard to adapt to the richness of railway hub categories under the background of“multi-network integration”in the future,and cannot reflect the impact of multiple factors such as urban function and population activities on railway hubs.Based on the multi-level railway hub planning in Nantong,this study establishes the evaluation indexes of hub classification and grading from three dimensions,i.e.,city,people and station,and the multi-level railway hub system of Nantong is then developed.Results show that the novel classification and grading method can capture the function eonritation,service area and development requirements of railway hub,and integrate the common concerns and value orientations of railway hub planning and urban planning.The study is helpful to clarify the deep interaction between railway network and urban space,and has strong guiding significance for the development and construction near various railway hubs.
