摘要
航空人因工程学是一门实践性很强的专业基础课程.文章在明确中国民航大学应用心理学专业学生培养定位的基础上,分析了航空人因工程学课程教学存在的不足,通过"理论课堂—实验课堂—课程教学设计"三个环节的教学改革措施,提炼课程内容重点、提升案例教学质量,加强对实验教学的重视程度,设计贴合学生的教学方法,提升学生对航空人因工程知识的实践应用能力,以实现培养应用型人才的目标.
Aviation Human Factors Engineering is a highly practical and fundamental professional course.On the basis of clarifying the training positioning of students majoring in Applied Psychology at Civil Aviation University of China,the article analyzes the shortcomings in the teaching of aviation human factors engineering courses.Through teaching reform measures in the three stages of"theoretical classroom experimental classroom course teaching design",the article refines the focus of course content,improves the quality of case teaching,strengthens the importance of experimental teaching,and designs teaching methods that are suitable for students,enhance students'practical application ability of aviation human factors engineering knowledge to achieve the goal of cultivating applied talents.
